Eenchokay Birchstick School - workshop day 6
Being the last day of the workshop it was, of course, SUPER busy.
Curtis, Cassidy, Hosiah & Kavarah came in to complete their Highschool DRAMA ! They worked straight through past 5pm, editing their material together and reshooting some scenes they didnt like and slightly changing their end. They added SFX and music and credits! AND they stayed even later filling out their festival submission forms and making sure we had their head shots! GREAT JOB team - this film has it all, romance, comedy, revenge and more!!!
Crystal also came in, kids in tow, to animate and edit like MAD! She created new imagery, new animation, added music, titles, text all while Lynx and (film subject) Shasta Daisy drew pictures and played games! An incredibly warm short film dedicated to Crystal’s daughter. Awesome work!
The teachers of EBS so kindly put together a delicious Thanksgiving meal. We felt thankful to be invited to join the party, eating turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, ham, gravy, jerk chicken and dessert! Delicious.
Then back to Vanessa’s room to output the final films and prepare for screening tomorrow.
SO EXCITED!
