Trapline - workshop III - day 5
Tonight was a big night of production!
Vasudha is now in the filming stage of her film! She brought in a lot of beautiful scenes to edit together using the Mac books!
Hanna was editing her horror film with Mike’s help… they were adding SFX and music…her film is practically done.
Riley taught Raul the ins and outs of editing including transitions and cross dissolves but Raul will probably use hard cuts for his style of film.
Garett and Hannah P worked on their film outside the workshop, so they brought in videos to edit.
Both Garett and Riley just finished working on a professional production project for Coyote Science 3! Chris Bose - Trapline visionary - landed the opportunity and shared it with his creative community. This is a big part of the Trapline concept - to build capacity with Indigenous creatives! Garett is already well acquainted with the world of audio and sound design, so he was interested to share this knowledge. He attended this workshop to learn VIDEO production so he could create a tutorial. Hannah was interested to help Garett with his idea to make a how-to video showcasing Garett’s own audio equipment and mad skills.
