Bella Bella - Workshop Day 8
The last day of the workshop is ALWAYS a whirlwind…SO. MUCH. Happened.
Natalia came for lunch again today, always nice to hang out.
Sam continued fine tuning his music video right down to adding final photos in his credits. Sam worked EVERYDAY making his music video Dear Dad better and more powerful with every tweak and addition!
Aaliyah also continued her undeniable work ethic. She added sound effects and and even RE-animated her end credits to be more readable! Aaliyah worked so hard creating a wonderfully twisted brightly coloured horror animation!
Hailey came in and made an incredible first scene of her music video ….she has a great eye and amazing acting ability! She directed herself and also was the cinematographer! She couldn’t quite finish the video but we can save all the material for another time.
Latoya edited her interviews, recorded herself drumming and singing in the Big House and added b-roll! She created a really important film highlighting personal accounts of the grand opening of the Big House!
Bella worked hard editing madly today! She even filmed a few more scenes and sung a song with her sister and mother for her credits (and Kaitlynn’s film)! Bella made a humorous, inviting and informative video about the programs at the Hailika’as Heiltsuk Health Centre Society!
Kaitlynn continued in her busy journey of filmmaking today, animating her title and credits, recording the end song, and making editing decisions . She created a memorable multimedia film about the importance of the Big House!
Angeline hung out as well and her tribute video was getting TONS of likes and love on facebook!
Tonight the mentors provide audio equalization and output for all the films!
We are SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SCREENING!
