Bella Bella - Workshop Day 7
Today we had rain and sun at same time it’s a monkey’s birthday!
TODAY was SO busy we are all cross eyed. We definitely switched to high gear today!
A few realizations, Astrid decided with all she has to do with her school workload and basketball it is not feasible to actually make her film. It was a hard decision but a real life one. Same for Georgia…sometimes there is just not enough hours in the day. Perhaps all these ideas and plans can become a film another time.
A workshop is often not about a finished product… it is about the process of planning, or decisions or considering self expression or learning something new or being involved in the energy that surrounds the workshop….
Aaliyah continues to be an filmmaking machine. She completed ALL her scenes PLUS her animated credits plus her titles. She is in GREAT shape for tomorrow for fine tuning and SFX and maybe dialogue?
Kailtlynn also worked hard with serious script writing, voice over recording and editing!
Latoya edited her interviews and added titles. She is a super quick editor and plans to keep up the pace for tomorrow.
Bella continued adding b-roll to her film, re-recorded some audio and filmed some new b-roll. She also added some titling to make the info clear about the health centre programs. A real professional, yet fun video!
Sam, took some still imagery and added it to his music video. He continues to fine tune this work of art.
Hailey captured some video and is considering a text and video based music video!
Angeline made wicked scrambled eggs and continued to be positive energy and support for her colleagues and filmmaker friends.
Latoya also postered for the screening around the community! Thank you!
